Dr. Monica Taing graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree where she completed an Endocannabinoid Receptor System research co-op. Dr. Taing serves as a Board Member and the Membership Director of Doctors for Cannabis Regulation (DFCR), the Director of Research and Clinical Education for Minorities for Medical Marijuana (M4MM), a Medical Science Liaison for 4Front Ventures, and as a cannabis pharmacist (clinical consultant specialist) for hospital systems and academic medical institutions.
As a clinical cannabis consultant Dr. Taing strategically implements her expertise as guidance for multi-state licensed dispensaries, grower/processor facilities, and other enterprises in multiple states. She works to design and deliver fact-based clinical cannabis education to advocate awareness for underserved patient populations and the healthcare community. Dr. Taing is a member of the American Society of Cannabis Pharmacists (ASCPh), American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), and Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC).
