Commissioner Title is a drug policy expert and attorney who currently serves as one of five commissioners on the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, the agency that regulates the adult use cannabis market in the commonwealth. She will be delivering a keynote on the importance of staying informed to propel activism in the cannabis space.
