Currently and with caution, we are proceeding with the conference for April 4 and April 5 but we’re remaining in close contact with our venue, Quorum, as we monitor news around the Coronavirus and determine a fall back date to ensure proper health and safety protocols are taken to prevent and risk of exposure or transmission of the virus.
We will have a formal update next week on the status of the conference and any potential date changes and will be keeping you all updated leading up to next week.
As of now now, we are operating under the CDC guidelines which encourage maintaining a clean environment and encouraging people to take care of themselves and staying home if they feel unwell.
As a reminder, to prevent the spread of this illness or other illnesses, please:
*Wash your hands often with soap and water
*Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
*Stay home when you’re sick.
*See your doctor if you think you’re ill.
We want to be very sensitive to the news as we gather more information, and understand that travel or attendance may not be as viable to some who had hoped to participate on April 3 and 4 given the outbreak. We recognize New Jersey and New York have declared a state of emergency.
You can expect more rolling updates from us. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, concerns or thoughts.
We look forward to seeing this conference come to life and hope you are available to join.
We’ll be in touch.
